Condor Components

Returns

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Installed or ridden components cannot be returned for safety reasons

  • Custom or clearance items are final sale

  • Return authorization is required before sending items back

Defective Items

  • Report defects or shipping damage within 7 days of delivery

  • Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund

Warranty

  • 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects

  • Does not cover normal wear, crashes, improper installation, or misuse

Refunds

  • Refunds issued to the original payment method after inspection

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is ours

Return Shipping

  • Customer covers return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
